HARI SINGH USMAN  Ghadarite, LUDHIANA, He was a leader controlling arms supplied by Germans by ship Maverick during wwI. He was an active participant in Indian National army along with his two sons, His younger son was martyred in action./

 PANDIT KISHORI LAL, Ghadarite, Member of Naujawan bharat Sabha. Was awarded life imprisonment in Lahore conspiracy case. He died in a road accident on  11 july 1990  .

BABA BHAG SINGH CANADIAN, GHAFDARITE, He was arrested while returning  to India and was put in Multan jail for three years. He participated in all revolutionary movements 
 

 

 Lal singh. Jandiala, Jalandhar, Ghadarite,  He was sentenced to village confinement in 1915 during Ghadar movement. He took part in all revolutionary activities.

Maj Gen Harkirat singh wsa the GOC   of IPKF and he was reportedly asked by High commissioner of India in Lanka (  Dixit  )  to shoot  in the back  and  kill  Prabhakaran and his aide who were meeting the.Gen for discussions under the white flag, but the Gen flatly refused saying that he belongs to  a professional  and prestigious Army and such actions would bring bad name to the organisation. As per the Gen in his book that he wrote later,, the orders came from Rajiv Gandhi, The Gen was very quickly posted out of Lanka.  HE RETIRED AS   MAJ GEN  and had no regrets. He was supported by the overall commander of IPKF in Lanka  and the director Gen of mil operationa at Delhi although Army chief Gen Sunderjee was much angry.

LtGen SK SINHA

Lt Gen S K Sinha was recommended to be the Chief by the outgoing Army Chief Gen KV Krishna Rao in 1983. However he was over looked by Indira Gandhi  and she selected Gen Vaidya who was used later to conduct operation against Har Mandir Sahib in Amritsar to dislodge  Bhinderwale of Khalistan group.
