CARTOON Republic day and later An usual affair every year

 The flag is hoisted in public places and officers across the country with vigour. Once the day is over, streets are filled with fallen paper flag strings dumped at the same place or at Dust bins where pigs roll, dogs fight for left over, Cows trample all over and  squat and urinate.. Dust bins overflooded every where and people even piss at same places. sad situation in the country.
