KRISHNAJI GOPAL KARVE. REVOLUTIONARY. he took admission in LLB in Bombay university after passing BA hons. . He belonged to Abhinav bharat society in Nashik. he along with Anant laxman kanhere on 21 dec1909 shot dead collector Jackson of Nashik in a function Hall. he was, arrested and tried and sentenced to death by Bombay high court.He was hanged at Thane jail on 23 April. 1910

VEER BHAI KOTWAL, REVOLUTIONARY, SOCIAL REFORMER. he is from neral in maharashtra. he was bright in academics and studied at wadia college. in matric exam he stood first in entire pune dist. He did his law degree and became an advocate.. he always felt for the down trodden in the society and was known as Bhai. When quit India movement was, declared by MK Gandhi most of the leaders were arrested and arrest warrant was also issued against him and he went underground. he organised a band of followers of fifty named dast and organised anti govt activities. they fell many electric pylons causing disruption of industrial activities in bombay and chaos was created. The govt issued an order of bounty leading to his, arrest and agppointed a, spaecial police officer Dsp Hall. Veer bhai and his dast were taking shelter in the forests of sidhhagad and he wrote a letter for help to some of his supporters and the letter fell in the hands of a land Lord and he betrayed and handed over the letter to administration. the police party led by Hall and Stafford raided sidhha gad and there was an encounter in which kotwal was injured in the thigh and could not move. Hiraji gomaji patil son of gomaji the deputy of dast fell to police bullets. police officer Hall found kotwal immobile and shot and killed him from point blank range. He became a martyr on 2 jan 1943.

HIRAJI GOMAJI P ATIL, REVOLUTIONARY.. he was from maharashtra. he was the son of GOMAJI patil, the deputy chief of Azad dast a group of revolutionaries organised by Bhai veer kothwal. To fight the British govt in India. they gave idea to kotwal to damage power supply to Bombay that would dusrpt industrial production. It was agreed to and the pylon that was in the power distribution was overturned disrupting the power supply to Bombay creating great crisis. The govt started pursuing the rebels and a special police officer DSP hall was appointed to catch the culprits. The revolutionaries were taking shelter at sidhhagad and the information was leaked to police by a betrayer. soon the police team attacked the revolutionaries and police opened fire in which Hiraji patil was killed and bhai kotwal was badly injured, immobilising him. he was soon shot dead by police officer Hall.
