TAMPERED CONSTITUTION

HOW BADLY THE CONSTITUTION  WAS TAMPERED BY  OUR CHACHAJI

              Nehru  made a mockery of Constitution  immediately after it was accepted  by amending it giving wide powers to govt  to curb citizens rights. this later helped Indira Gandhi to cancel privy purses of former princes and kings who acceded to India after 1947 at the call of sardar Patel. junagad and Hyderabad state were trouble makers and had to be forced by military might. Nationalisation of banks by Mrs Gandhi was also possible due to eroded  and toothless Constitution. the emergency was imposed by Mrs Gandhi and mas, arrests were made curbing fundamental rights too heralding the rise of a black and dark state. Karan thapar  a journalist drew attention to various draconian laws  that govts made from time to time  ,effects of which the nation is experiencing even now. just  think how  arnab goswami was arrested and imprisoned refusing even bail by a Maharashtra court. such things take place because the political leaders in chair  feel they are dictators and can do anything. if  Mr Nehru has goofed up the Constitution as stated can we undo now? though possible due to the great majority of present govt,  it will not be done as the changes  are great boon to rulers. so we have to accept and live with sword hanging on the head for Eternity.In fact Nehru made things possible for civilian dictatorship by  providing  the clauses for curbing fundamental rights of all. thus Indians are, etrnally road rolled flat to suffering.
