LALACHAND PHALAK, WACHHOWALI. LAHORE, GHADAR PARTY,  He worked  in peasant  movement  in 1905 ,07 and was revolutionary poet and went to jail many times, in different cases. He was sentenced to transportation to life term  in Lahore ciy conspiracy case on 11 june 1917
