BRAIN BEHINDj THE ACTION. he was fom Tegharia village in24 parghanas. he was a patitic educationist with radical revolutionary activities. he was associated with Bagha jatin and swami vivekananda while building up self reliant society . after martyrdom of bagha jatin, he was also arrested under defence of India rules in 1917.However owing to his sickness due to TB he along with his family members, were confined to a house under watch first in daulat our and then in khulna. he was, released in 1919 .he passed away in 1922
