SUDHANGSHU DAS GUPTA.. REVOLUTIONARY.. he was attracted towards freedom struggle as a student and was involved in the mechua bazar bomb case and was arrested along with 23more activists in 1932 and sentenced to prison term at cellular jail at Andaman. He was attracted towards communism at the jail after meeting mang seniors. he joined communist party in 1936 and was involved with many magazines.He was the founder editor of Desh hitaishee a communist journal He was a member of cpi m,state committee till he died in 2003
