Kuntamukkala Prabhakar Ra: ai am a retired colonel from army. Later I worked as professor and principal and director of Engineering college in Telangana state. I am a graduate in mech Engg fron Osmania university and Master of Engg from Indian Institute of science , Bangalore. I obtained PhD in mech Engg and also in strategic studies, political science, religious studies. I have published fifty tech papers in engineering in various journals and proceedings of workshops. I have published 75 papers in political science, strategic studies, education and history in swatantra times. I published more than 1000 papers on various subjects as stated above on line. From 2016 I stopped working and taking rest at home. occasionally I attend selection committee meetings as subject expert and also as member of academic council. I published four books and some are awaiting printing. I am a recipient of four national awards.
