KALPANA DUTTA. INDIAN REVOLUTIONARY.. She was from Chittagong now in Bangladesh and was a member of suryasens group of Indian Republican army. She took part in the famous raid on Chittagong police armoury. she escaped arrest after the raid. However late she was arrested and served jail sentrnce and released on 1939.She joined communist Party of India and married pc joshi gen secretary of the party. in later years she worked at Indian statistical Institute till she, retired. She wrote her memoirs on Chittagong raid..She passed away in 1995.
