PRITILATA WADDEDAR, INDIAN REVOLUTIONARY FROM BENGAL..FREEDOM STRUGGLEshe was a Bengali revolutionary during freedom movement and was a member of surya Sen group.She took part in many raids on telephone exchanges and telegraph offices, reserve police lines, and was active in supply of explosives. she led an attack with 32 members on pahartali European club that displayed .. dogs and Indians are not allowed. the attack took place on 24 Sept 1932 and exchange of fire took place between some armed police officers in the club and tge revolutionaries. pritilata was injured by a bullet and to avoid capture she swallowed potassium cyanide that was carried by all members.In fact her injury was not serious due to bullet wound.
