Kasganj dist in UP ANDVWAS MEMBER OF NAVJIWAN BHARAT SABHA. he helped bhagat singh, batukeswar dutt snd durgawati to escape from Mauzang house in lahore. he was as accused in second lahore conspiracy case and sent to cellular jail. Andamans where he died in hunger strike on 17may 1933.
