VIJAY MALLYA IN UK IS YET TO BE EXTRADITED
The recent remarks of the trial judge in UK on vijay mallyas case are welcome . The judge brought out the failures of former Pm Dr manmohan singh and his aide chaidambaram the FM who sent a letter to the bank manager to sanction the loan while mallya was already a known fraudulent defaulter and his name was in the list who are to be denied the loans .Vijay maliah is the proven offender as known to the judge . He is, trying the accused to decide whether he was guilty of cheating the bank and whether he should be handed over to Indian police for trial in India. the judge has no jurisdiction over how and why the loan was sanctioned to him.It is upto Indian govt to try Drmanmohan singh and chidambaram and punish them for their failures and showing undue favors to the accused and to investigate whether any ulterior motive was behind the loan sanction. it is befitting case for hauling up Dr mms and chidamaram to court for their actions.
