HARNAM SINGH SAINI, FATEHGAD, HOSHIARPUR, . He  visited canada  and USA the breeding grounds of Ghadar party and became its member and was an active participant. He was arrested in a Dutch territory  Batavia  who handed him to Singapore police. He was  taken to Calcutta and then to  Lahore in Punjab. He was tried  in third Lahore conspiracy case and was hanged at Lahore jail on  16 march 1917.
